Takes too long for Deposit return, still don't have it

I have live in this apartment for two years. Yes, they are nice staff. I move out 4 months ago, and I still have not receive my deposit. I kept on calling and calling and they keep on telling me 30 more days. According to Illinois Security Returned Act. The landlord suppose to give an itemize list of damage inm 30 days, and the deposit back in 45 days. It has been 4 months. I am thinking of filing a complaint against them. They admit that I am not the only one who they have not send a check to. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
