I am a true resident - not somebody from the management. We have lived here over 3 years - the apartments are great. We have never really had ANY issues. The customer service is excellent - the solitary requests we have are fixed right away. They increase the rent every year - that might be a negative. Plus, the corner rooms tend to get very cold because of the empty cornfields around. Other than that, seriously no problems at all. You know how good the place is - there is a huge waiting list to rent apartments here. Such a quiet location, lots of parking space, great appliances, storage space, neat landscaping - what more are you looking for'''
