Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Pros: These are very nice apartments and the maintenance staff responds to your requests within 24 hours. The only reason we moved was because we wanted a dog and they did not allow pets. They gave us back our deposit even though we broke our lease. Large kitchen.
Cons: Kids were out running around in the parking lot with no adult supervision, which lead to our new car getting scratched. (CIP did what they could - had people out there observing.) Also, the shower in the master bedroom is a pain to clean. No dining room.
