I lived on the RC apts on Willow street. Was the worst renting experience ever. They wouldn't call when they were coming over, instead, they would just show up and would get angry if we wouldn't let them in. Finally one day I said that they didn't call because there was no message and she (this was 3 years ago, I don't remember their names) came over to show it - no call, no message - she said she called and my machine must have 'not recorded' the message....when I told her that her number was not on the caller ID she couldn't think of anything else to say.

The apartment was in horrible condition and the air conditioner barely worked. For $600 a month, this was no deal at all, and the landlords are nosey and rude.
