Those who are not living here already stay away...If I could end my lease right now I would. security what security, clean putting soap on the floor once a week is not cleaning hallways smell like urine afraid to buy food becuase roaches will get into it I have lived here so long becuse it was a safe area but now that community property has taken over it has become a hole in the wall nothing works the past five years it has become a hell hole. this will be my last year but they need to burn them down evryone in my house stays sick because the floor is coming up and we live on the bottom floor holes under the carpet can stick my hand outside from inside my room. you think when they built the promenade they would step there game up and atleast bring new appliances in or replace carpet paint no only thing good is its spacious.
