Basic But Soulless Living

The apartment complex is living at its most basic. The rental office staff are not particularly helpful with resolving issues, even if the remedy is clearly stated in the lease. On more than one occasion I was told that the lease doesn't mean what it says. Fortunately, the staff at their parent company, Mid-America Mgt., is able to read the lease.
