I have lived in this community for 10 yrs and have had a pretty good experience. I get a great response when Work Orders are placed in and usually have techs. come into my unit while at work - so when I return everything is fixed with a note of explanation. I have noticed many neighbors coming and going and wish this was not a section 8 property but I have been very lucky to have always been surrounded by good neighboors, ie, low noise, smells, cleaniness, etc...There are times when doors have been jimmy for friends and I un-jimmy them, I close doors that are left open and report any susupicous activity - all without hesitating. My building is always cleaned and well picked up after. Some people do live to hang out and drink leaving bottles but are picked up the next day.
