The office staff is snobby and give you the "run around" instead of resolving problems. They "cover their eyes" & refuse to even admit problems exist. The indoor, long, hallways are filled with kids playing, riding bikes indoors, writing on walls and vandalizing. If you call to report it, they do absolutely nothing. They rent out to just "anyone" and that is most of the problem. I had a neighbor that was in a ONE-BEDROOM unit, who was living in it with 6 children. I and others reported it repeatedly before anything was done. They rent units to trashy people, which makes it hard for the kind, decent folks trying to live there. They do no have the cleaning lady clean often enough, and so there is usually trash on the hall floors and outside. The security sytem is a joke, people just prop open the entrance doors. The parking is too far way and it is not lit up enough at night. The laundry room is often vandalized, and you'd better make sure you keep your door locked. The appliances and A/C are just fine. The one bright spot is the maintenance guys. They respond quickly to perform requested repairs, do a good job, and are friendly. The Office staff needs to realize they are here to serve us, no put there noses up at us, and quit making excuses and ignoring problems - fix them. The security guard on duty is a nice man, but useless as a security guard. I am out of here as soon as my lease is up. (Which reminds me, they increase your rent every single year.)
