As a prospective client I went to get some info about Innsbruck. Victoria the office attendant was very prejudicial and made nasty comments which she should have kept to herself. I believe I saw an EOE sign before entering the compound and in no way did I feel like I was treated respectfully with the way Victoria handled my questions. It is a sign to any and all prospective clients, Innsbruck is full of unprofessional and rude employees, for lowere standards of living Innsbruck is the place to go.
