Get a second job...

The only reason to live here is to save money.
The apartments are fairly spacious but, like the common areas, are crawling with the pervasive german cockroach. It's more my neighbors fault than the staff's--you can't get rid of bugs when people 30feet from you are living in filthy squalor. Which, be assured, they are.
Our aformentioned common areas have NO WINDOWS except in the stairwells which manage to smell like urine about 5 days a week. Few of the fixtures in the common area even MATCH each other, but that's okay because the gang signs carved into the walls do. That the fixtures don't match is a small gripe because I regularly see them destroyed or stolen.
I didn't find the walls to be particularly thin, but the laundry facilities seem to heat the entire building up about 10-15 degrees higher than it should be. That said, you're going to need to open your windows or spend over $100 per month on air conditioning for even the smallest apartment in the summertime. But what will you be greeted by when you open the window' Why, a cacophonous medley of todays hottest ROCK, RAP, and RANCHERO music not only spewing forth from your neighbors' fetid apartments but from the run down parking lot, as well!
And what a gem it is! Expect, in a lot of 300, for no less than 30 broken down/abandoned cars taking up the most convenient spots. While your car is enjoying a rest under a tree/somewhere 2 miles from your door, it'll have the pleasure of being keyed and dented by the children who constantly play there.
But who can blame them' 2 jungle gyms from the late 70s do NOT a playground make. I'd suggest that they go play in the glorified bathtub that Mid Amerca Management calls a pool, but they suffer enough filth by merely sleeping here.
I really feel bad for the maintenance staff, because it's immediately obvious that working in such a ghetto has turned them bitter. They do a wonderful job if you consider what they have to put up with.
If I haven't convinced you otherwise yet, then hopefully mentioning that the residents sell drugs and often find clever ways of propping open our "controlled" access doors to do so. This isn't conjecture, either--I've had people attempt to sell to me several times on my way in from work.
I could go on and on about the various other problems, such as the pothole-filled road and landscaping that matches the quality of everything else in this filthy ghetto, but I'll stop here. If the price still seems to justify living here, go for it. You'll be writing a review just like this in due time.
Pay a few dollars more, get a new place, live a better life, get a second job.

It's refreshing to see an intelligent review! Unfortunately, the majority of Innsbruck's prospective residents won't be able to read past the first sentence!!!
