Very Expensive Ghetto

I only live here because I'm trying to save money to buy a house. I pay nearly $700.00 a month for a one bedroom apartment with no amenities. This place sucks, the section 8 residents have made this place a ghetto. People leave trash scattered in the hallways, and yesterday someone vomitted all over the hallway near my apartment. It's taken 2 days for anyone to clean it up! In addition the hallways and stairways have a urine smell that never seems to go away. I have found baggies of drugs in the laundry room. The other day I say a drug syringe in the playground. This place is not a place for families with kids. The washers and dryers never seem to work, and when you go to the rental office to get the money back that was lost, they never refund you. The staff here always make it seem like you are lying when you loose money in their machines that are always broken. Overall don't move here unless you like living in the ghetto with a bunch of drunken crack head section 8 freeloaders who have no respect for others or themselves, especially if they are too drunk to find a toilet to puke in.

Sounds to me like you didn't do much looking around before moving there -being in the rental buisness,there are 5 complexes within 5 minutes you can rent for 650!Sorry for Ya!!!

Your right I moved there from out of state for my job and wasn't familiar with the area. I lived in a hotel for a few weeks while waiting for my car to arrive by train. So no I didn't do much looking around, but you know something after I lived there for a while I looked at other apartments and didn't find anything much better, which is why i moved back to my home state where I pay 519.00 for a two bedroom with a balcony in a nice neighborhood.
