I have lived here for almost 10 years. There have been ups and downs during that time. My experience has been that management does their best to resolve problems quickly in the area of repairs, and does put forth alot of effort in groundskeeping.Most of the people living here are good, honest, hard working people living on minimum wage incomes requiring them to work more than one job. Many cannot afford adequate daycare for thier children and that is why the kids run around unsupervised. As in any community, there are individuals that are not of "good character". Alot of these people do not even live here, able to hang around and cause problems because most residents do not want to get involved enough to call management or the police when they encounter a problem. I have personally tried on several occasions to form some kind of residents group to address issues in the neighborhood, but people don't want to "cause trouble". They also say they are too busy to get involved. If one is not willing to take some personal responsibility for one's environment, then how does one expect things to improve'
