Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
I never really had too much of a problem when I lived at Innsbruck with my then 5 year old daughter. But here is a list of the good and the bad.
The good is that management and maintenance was always okay with me. I like the grounds and the apartment was big for a one bedroom. I liked being on the first floor and the price was very reasonable.
The bad is that roaches were a problem. That is the reason that I moved out. Also when I was there, I could not drink the water. It came out brown from both the bathroom and kitchen. I give it a high rating but would not recommend it because of the roach problem. I hope this helps.
