It takes over 2 weeks or MORE to get anything fixed. We have one thing that we have had multiple requests in for over 4 months now. We have cockroaches in the kitchen for 3 weeks and they won't come to spray or do anything about. It's noisy and not safe. The police keep tagging our cars with things about break ins. They never get anything done and are super slow to respond. The windows freeze and are drafty so you lose money on utilities, especially air conditioning.

I lived there for a long year. It was the worst experience of my life. They never fixed anything, parking is supposed to be included but there is never anywhere to park, I got a ticket for parking on the side and not in an actual spot (none available). They never fixed anything. I spent tons of money on electricity in the winter because I had to use an electric heater due to the windows being so drafty. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
