The staff is rude epecially Mr. Jason. Yes I am naming names cause the truth must be told. This place is beyond ghetto. This is worse than Chicago projects. The hallways stink and I mean funky stink. Walking in the hall way or doing down the stair you are guaranteed to see one of the following: spit (thick and nasty), cigar butts, urination, kids evolved in sexual acts (especailly the laundry rooms, toys, garbages,tvs, women pads (used), computers screens, some kind of white runny substance and so much more. Everyday is something different. Be in for the a surpise. Now to talk about Parking. Well trust me this is worse than parking downtown. There is never any parking after 9pm. Try to park anywhere else and Bolingbrook police will give you a $50 ticket. What will the management do about it honestly nothing cause its not there responsibility. Guess they expect there renter to park across the street or at the mall. If you visit here dont let the staff fool you cause I was and now I am here for another six months. What I am trying to do is save some people the stress I am now dealing with now. I will ever do this twice and the folk who say they like it here well....I have nothing so say but they probably never had better....dont let the cheap rent fool you...your going to have to pay somewhere else...if it in parking tickets fines, fixing your car because the million and one illegal folks scratch your car cause they cant drive, having to park somewhere else and walk 10 minutes to your apt in the dark. Is it seriously worth it' NO.

I agree this place stinks tremendously..I am a vegan and either there is this non veg food smell or smells like some one pissed in the carpet outside apts..I wonder why.. specially in 606..Also the telecom does not list all names for people living in apts..They take long time to replace/repair..my window glass is still to be rpaired and I hate those curtain going up and down..which do not work most of the time.. other thing is the carriers like UPS , I don;t know why they don't come to actual apt and see if people are inside, rather they would go sticking the papaer outside the whole building on main door where we don;t enter at all...I wonder if UPS don't have keys to enter in to apts..one has to go to UPS store in westmont to pick up..
