This place is the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The landscaping is horrible muddy patches everywhere and half dead trees.
The parking is every man for himself, no assigned spots. my car was broken into twice and hit three times. In winter the parking lot is an ice rink, Gooood Luck.
This place is "supposedly secure" but it is common to find entry doors blocked open or locks disabled. Twice during the time Ive been here My wife and daughter have been followed into the building by suspicious individuals that we knew were not supposed to be in this building. Once all the way to our door, they pretended to know someone in the apt accross from us an knocked on there door while watching them,
Thank God our neighbors were home. Our neighbors asked who it was and he said "Oh I must have the wrong apt" and left. If they hadn't been home i'm sure he would have attacked as soon as my wife opened the door.
I waited thee months for them to replace the broken dishwasher & the roof has leaked twice. I called after hours the second time to tell them the celing was buckling and was told to hold a pan under it and drive a screwdrver up there to let the water out. Now I would think that was their job wouldn't you.
Recently Graffiti has been apearing in and around the building.
Be warned if you do move in it's a regular occurance for the fire alarm to go off(usually at least once a month), you kind of get used to it but you better hope there is never a real fire.
I lived here for several years, due to credit problems finding another place was difficult.
I am glad to be moving.

I agree with every single person that has posted something negative about this place. The sad thing is though, all of Bolingbrook is turning into it. It's nice that they have the new mall and a couple nice attractions around, but the village in a whole is not that great. All I'm going to say is that it is being said that the ghetto is taking over the suburbs, Bolingbrook is definitely one of them, to say the very least. The Village could care less. Their police force is also a joke, I've seen first hand cops smoking weed and shaking up gang signs with appartnly fellow gang bangers.I mean look at the Stacy Peterson case...dare I say more???

As nice as bolingbrook is you would think the Village would listen to all the negative postings and take action on the management company. Add Boliungbrook to a long list of Villages that really could give a damn about poorer people! it's in plain text complaint after complaint and all of these people cannot all be wrong!! Innbruck is the largest Surburban eyesore in Illinois...... Stay AWAY!!

I agree with all of you also! The funny thing is...your dishwasher broke and it took them 3 months to replace it, mine broke and it took them 4 months!! This place is horrible, when you pass it on the street it seriously looks like a haunted house, because it is!
