When I first moved in 2004 it was not a bad place to live. All of a sudden all kinds of unruly people started moving in and moving out just a fast. Then roaches started and all they did was put down some gel that I could have bought at the store myself! The air conditioning unit leaked so there was mold on the walls in my daughters bedroom. The carpet in the master bedroom leaked when it rained mold on that too! So I move out (broke my lease because I just couldn't take it anymore) and you will not believe the amount that they have tried to say I owe them! OVER $5800 with only 2 months left in my lease. They said I had $218 dollars worth of damage. SO WHERE IN THE HELL DID THE REST OF THE MONEY COME FROM, THE RENT WAS ONLY $865 a month. Be careful when you move in and be even more careful when you move out. Document everytime you call them to fix something and take pictures of everything when you leave. Talked to a few other people who moved out and they've had similar issues!

Innsbruck is not that ghetto but the hallways are disgusting eww they dont even hardly clean in the place management suck to the rent is high and theres roaches all over the elavaters are always broken there is sometimes shootings and police here all the time the fire alarm rings atleast 2 times a month the building are old and about to break down if ur trying to move into here dont you WONT be happy oh yea theres alot of noisy people roming the halls to. so watch out dont move here
