I have been living in the Innsbruck Apts for about 1.5yrs. In my time here I have not had any problems with rodents or roaches. I do get the occasional spider. Although I am on the top floor which may be why I havent experienced the problems the other reviewers have.
There are negatives and positives to Innsbruck Apts.

There is alot of parking. However, people will hit your car and not even leave a note. I can out to find my rear light broken! The people here drive way too fast in the parking lot and don't pay attention which is bad since the children play in the parking lot and don't look for cars. The kids are bad to have around the cars. My neighbor recently told me that the kids put berries in her gas tank. One of the kids threw a baseball into someones windshield, and they frequently scratch the cars with their bikes. It is okay if you park father away from the entrance though.

The rent is good. All utilities are included except for electric. Rent doesn't go up much each year.

The office aren't pleasant but they get the job done.

They have always fixed things on time for me.

The KITCHENS ARE TOO SMALL!!!!!!!!!!

There is not alot of lighting. You will need to invest in lamps. The living room and bedroom have no light.

THE REALLY BAD PART
It is a bad area. People are frequently selling drugs. Some teens tried to stab a friend of mine a few months ago. I have heard gunshots go off at night. Recently I found out that a woman was raped in the parking lot during the morning hours.

Again, it depends on what you are looking for. It is not as bad as the ghetto but it isn't the nice suburban area people are looking for. People of all races are here, which may or may not be a good thing to you. Get to know your neighbors because we look out for one another. I am leaving next summer, but it is a good place to stay and save money.
Some rules to follow. Never walk alone when it is dark outside. Park far away from the entrance. Never lend people things unless you know them. Dont leave your laundry unattended or people will take it. Be polite to the people in the office, otherwise they wont help you. Get a top floor apartment so that there are no rats or roaches. This also helps to avoid hearing the kids playing loudly outside.
The pond is beautiful, and the ducks will eat out of your hand. The squirells are friendly if you feed them. The park stinks! I hope this helps. I tried to think of all of the important info.
