I don't see what everyone is so up-in-arms about. I lived here for just under a year now and am quite happy with the service I receive. Some of the neighbors are a bit noisy, but I mean that's all part of apartment complex living.

Noone has ever bothered me, noone has ever robbed me and neighbors have even helped me out when necessary. As for my demographic I suppose would be the best word for it. I'm 22 a college student and white.
