I lived at Amberton for one year and it was the worst experience of my life. Known drug dealers were living below us and no one did anything about it (not even the police). My neighbor was attacked and I had to step over a pool of blood on my way to work one day. They never followed through with complaints, never took care of the apartment and treated their tennants horribly. I tried to terminate my lease but would have had to pay over $1,000 to do so. They showed me a beautiful sample apartment then moved me in to the worst looking apartment on the premisis. The cops were called several times a week because of noise violations and yet nothing was done to evict the violators until six months later. It was one bad thing after another - I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Believe what you're reading and don't sign the lease. Over 50 reviews and only two recommendations.
