I stayed here for a year and I was not impressed. Here is my experince: The apartment was always hot and I had to have the ac running all the time... except for the winter where i had the windows open 24/7. The water was always hot and I had to wait at least two minutes to get cold water and the floors squeak when you walk. The hallways smelled and cockroaches everwhere. There was never ample parking after 11 pm and never felt safe walking in the parking lot at that time. Also there is a guy that is walking around the comple asking people if you want to buy cable. The nerve of him asking me three diffrent times with the same old answer I give him.Nosey neighbors that don't mind their own business. Beware of the nice showroom of the apartments at the management office...it's not the same furniture (i.e cabinets, floors and stove.)Management not that friendly when you see them about something but when you give them your monthly rent check then they get friendly and give you a smile.
