This is the worst apt. I would rather live in a cardboard box. I moved to this area and knew nothing about it. The model I was shown was really nice and the area seemed safe in the day light. When I moved in, there were over 10 things broken and they had to come in and fix them. Mind you it took over a month to fix everything and they did a poor job. Then after the 1st month I saw the police in my building at least once a week for some issue or another (break-ins, fighting, loud music, drugs). There were people selling DVD??s, drugs, necklaces, etc. out in the parking lot. There were never any parking spots. I reported a gas leak and they said there was none, so I called the fire dept to check it out and there was one. I??m so lucky that I decided to call them or I could have been sick. It is impossible to get out of your lease. Anytime I needed something from the leasing office they were rude to me. They also talked about other customers in a negative way right after they walked out. (I can speak Spanish). I now live in a different town and love it. I will never live there and I work with many younger people who are always moving into the area and the first thing I tell them is to stay away from Riverstone!
