This is probably the worst community of tenants I have ever encountered.... no crap someone came to my door at 2 am (under the enfluence of something) and ask for a f*ck!ng cigarett. Now today the problem is I cant do my laundry because the shut the water off to the building to do maintenance...... if the would have put a sign up just like the other 30 days that they have done it before i would have .. not been happy about it but atleast i wouldnt be late for work.... I would certainly never reccomend these apartments to anyone... maybe i can get a discount for the ex-convict that wants me to call him fifty (like fifty cents) and throws chicken bones and beer bottles in the front ... not to mention leaves beers sitting in the common areas to add to the you live in a ---- hole effect.
