Im not sure what situations others have been involvde in, but i moved to riverstone 4 months ago and have had no problems. I pay my rent and mind my business. The rent is very affordable and i absolutey love my apartment. Its not as huge as some other apartments but my stuff fits and it works for me. Some people complain about the neighbors, but whatdo you expect in a big apartment building. I havent had any issues with the office or the people in the office. I just drop my check off and leave. My leasae end in five months and if the rent isnt rasied a lot i belive im going to stay.

YOU LIKE IT FOR NOW! SOON YOUR RESPONSE WILL CHANGE. You moved in 4 months ago, the rent is affordable, because they asked those that make too much money to move out, seriously! Most of the renovation was for Section 8 people, I know, because I looked at my relative's lease of when she used to live there. After your lease ends in 5 months, you better run!
