RiverStone staff is awesome. Every time i have something wrong with my apartment they fix it right away. And even when I have to come in to the office the people there are very helpful and always explain things. The assistant and the property manager are always walking around making sure everyone is being helped. They make me feel like I am always welcomed and can always feel that they are here to help me and fellow residents. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I AGREE WITH MOST OF THE COMMENTS. THESE APTS ARE NICELY REMODELED IN THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM. NEW CARPET AND WINDOWS. BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPING IN SOME PARTS. BUT THE REST OF THE APT AND BLDG IS A PATCHED UP MESS. THEY SURFACE REPAIR INTEND OF GETTING TO THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEMS. I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF THE BLDGS HAD MOLD AND MILDEW IN THE WALLS. THE LEASING AGENTS ARE HORRIBLE W/ EXCEPTION OF TWO LADIES (karina & lisa). I MOVED HERE LAST YEAR. AND THE AREA AND SCHOOLS ARE WONDERFUL. BUT RIVERSTONE IS ABOUT A 48%. THEY DON'T REALLY SCREEN WHO THEY LET IN THEIR APTS. I HAVE 2 SEPARATE NEIGHBORS WHO SMOKE WEED ALL DAY EVERYDAY. YOU CAN SMELL IT IN YOUR APT AND AS SOON AS YOU OPEN THE SEC. DOOR. THEY LEAVE CHICKEN WINGS AND LEFT OVER BEVERAGE CONTAINERS OUTSIDE THE BLDGS AND HALLWAYS; W/ OTHER TRASH. MONEY WISE YES YOU WILL BE SAVING. BUT THESE PEOPLE ARE SOMETHING TO DEAL WITH. THIS MORNING I CAME OUTSIDE TO GO TO WORK AND IT WAS A USED MAXI PAD ON THE FRONT LAWN. THAT I HAD TO HELP MY 3 YEAR OLD STEP OVER. REALLY PEOPLE!!!!HOW NASTY ARE YOU? THEN LAST WEEK I SEEN A MAN IN A ICE CREAM TRUCK IN THE MIDDLE OF A BLIZZARD RINGING THE BELL. MASTER P (the rapper) SAID IT BEST, WHO BUYS ICE CREAM IN A BLIZZARD?? THEN ONE NIGHT LAST WEEK I'M COMING HOME AND A GROUP OF YOUNG KIDS WERE GOING IN MY BLDG (SMOKING WEED) AND DROPPED THE BUTT OF THEIR LIT BLUNT ON THE GROUND OF THE PORCH. AND AGAIN MY 3 YR OLD ALMOST PICKED IT UP, TO ASK ME WHAT IS THIS MOMMY. THE MANAGER AND STAFF IS LAZY AND UNORGANIZED IT TOOK ME 4 MONTHS TO GET BACK MY SIGNED LEASE AND I HAD TO REMIND THEM AND GO GET IT. THEY DON'T RETURN YOUR CALLS. THE FINANCE LADY IS A HEAD TO TOE WITCH. (LACK OF A BETTER WORD). THEY SAY THEY WILL PUT IN SERVICE REQUESTS, THEN IT TAKES 4 REQUEST TO GET A RESPONSE. THIS IS A DISAPPOINTMENT OF AN APT COMMUNITY. ONE DAY ITS PLEASANTVILLE. THE NEXT DAY ITS NEW JACK CITY. BUT BOLINGBROOK AND THIS AREA IS A NICE PLACE TO LIVE.

Yeah if you go pass Weber Rd. It seems like the staff who lives here wrote this because Ihave no clue as to where this person lives cause everything she said is false. Basically are you being paid to post these lies! The staff is the root of the problem you refer to (Karina and Lisa) like they are better than the others they all work, joke, and smile together everyday listening to every one's complaints and do nothing about it they are the one's you see first who don't get the job done so either you are staff or a paid pigeon!
