The staff here is fake. They are trained to look helpful without really doing anything. Most of the time I come in there they are ignoring phone calls and chatting with eachother. When I need to be let into my apartment building, that I pay rent on time for every month,because they have locked me out due to installing new electricity they take 15-20 minutes to get there, after ignoring my phone calls for 5 minutes. They don't tell you much helpful stuff when moving in, like you need to have a parking pass to not get your car towed on their property. I went 3 months before I realized I needed one. And they said I was lucky I didn't get towed...
Maybe this is new staff, and they have made changes to make the place look nicer, but they staff are super annoying and do not seem to care about the people who pay rent, which gives them jobs...

I am 100% in agreeance with you!! Ive lived here for not even 4 months and have had nothing but problems. I never had problems anywhere else Ive ever lived, but they are in a league of their own here! I dont get complaints from my neighbors, I dont bother anyone, hell, Im barely ever home. But month after month, its something else wrong. I pay rent on time every month and still cant get things tended to that I asked for since BEFORE moving in. And speaking of towing cars, I still had my car towed with the parking permit. Came home late one night and there was NOWHERE to park. I had to park my car 2 buildings away and walk to my apt. with my kids. Yes, i may have been wrong for parking in an unauthorized spot, but when its cold, late at night and you have small children, who do you think is going to park any further away from there place? I came out the next morning at 6 am to find my car gone...went to the office and they nonchalantly told me that it may have been towed or maybe somebody stole it. Sure enough they towed. They say the reason they tow is because of so many unauthorized vehicles parking in the lot...Well, HELLO, I live here, look at the sticker in my damn window!!! They are so full of it here its rediculous...the stories can go on and on...and if you do decide to stay here...Good Luck, you were warned!
