This has been dumbest move I have ever made...I wish I never moved here! I have never seen such a bunch of rude, unprofessional group of people in my life!!! They are so busy tryin to "play" professional, they forget to actually be it. They have bad attitudes, they cant ever find anything, ignore phone calls, dont return calls, and they have you waiting on them forever to complete anything! I have had a few things wrong with my apt. that still hasnt been resolved since I've moved in. I have had car and towing problems also, so paying for a parking pass is just a waste of money! Anybody can break into my place, seeing that I have no screens, protectors, or anything in my windows. I guess thats what it will take before that gets taken care of. I have a list of so many things gone wrong and it is just keeps getting longer. This was the worst move ever!! I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here if you paid me...So to all the prospective tenants, dont say you havent been Warned!!

P.S. And why advertise the media center, fitness center, play room, etc. for new tenant attraction, when we're not allowed to even use it freely. Noone is allowed to enter after 6pm when the office is closed!! Well, what about us that work, too. I get off at 5pm and have to pick up my kids from daycare. By the time I get home, that leaves no time to enjoy anything! Never lived anywhere with these type of rules to the amenities...but hey, this is Riverstone Apts. (formerly Amberton Apts.)!!

Well, sadly welcome to the club! You're one of hundreds of people that have had a bad experience with Riverstone Apts. (formerly Amberton Apts.) I've posted it many times before this company makes up rules as they go along. You can dress up something on the outside to look nice, but still be ugly on the inside

You are so right!! I wish I would have seen this site from the beginning....so sad that only 17 people of 104 can recommend this place, but we'll see if they change their minds by the time their lease is up! Ive been filing complaints to anyone that listens...somebody needs to take a stand against these people! They dont intimidate me, so we can battle to the end!

All the tenants living in that apartment should get together and try to resolve this, maybe even try to find outside sorces that can help, someone like an alderman that is willing to listen and change this for the better along with firing all employees working there & starting fresh! You all pay to live there, shouldn't that count for something?

I totally agree with all of u. I have had many problems with my apartment, whenever things need to get fixed their maintance people take for ever. It took them three months to fix a leak in my bathroom ceiling. It was so bad that they forced me to go to the coding department here in bolingbrook and file a complaint. Then guess what the following day my bathroom ceiling was fixed. The only reason I am still here is because it is close to my work and the rent rate is reasonable, but really not worth all the problems that my family goes through. U guys r right the so called management staff has a major attitude problem. Please anybody who reads this take my advice DO NOT SIGN THAT LEASE no matter if they give u FIRST MONTH FREE RENT

I havent even moved but I've been in friends apartments who live there now, and they have had problems also. I need a place so bad and it is so cheap, I'm 14 weeks pregnant with my first child so I'm going by price. Is there another apt this cheap?

yes the price is nice hun, but the problems cost more!!! And truthfully, with you being pregnant, the last thing you need is stress... Just pay attention, noone on this site is just making things up. Let this be your guide. But, if you feel this is your only choice, I just say you've been warned, and be sure to document EVERYTHING!!! but If I were you, I really wouldnt give it a second thought...KEEP LOOKING ELSEWHERE! Its not worth it....My lease is almost up and I thank GOD everyday!!! Good Luck in all you do.
