All the posts are true to my knowledge. I have spent about $26,000 in rent with River Stone and they talk to you like you're worthless. What ever happend to customer service' The customer is always right, right' In my experience you can't get any help when walking into the office if you aren't of Spanish decent. Those girls will look over me until I speak up. They cater to all the section 8 tenants and illegal immigrants. Working class people are last on the list. Just my opinion. The work out room closes at 6pm, just when everyone is getting off work.

Don't ever be late late on your rent. The fee's are very high. $75 after day 5 ,and $5 dollars every day after. Maintenace can enter your apartment at anytime. My daughter was home alone sitting at the computer will very little on and my door opens!!!!! We always keep the latch on and I called RHONDA BANKS up right away and told her do not enter my apartment without calling me at work first!! She said " It's our apartment and we will enter it at any time"!!!! WTF!! No, I'm sorry Mrs.___, It was a mistake, or we had to...etc. Nope, she loves to be Nasty and Rude. That's way she has that position. She's good at it.

HMM sounds like my building. We had a roach problem too.. its because they need to screen residents better before they let them move in. Instead of letting any trash move in. We had a wierdo problem in our until immigration came and took them out. ANOTHER problem! Unfortunately I am not able to leave financially right now and wish I could. Please I hope these reviews will sway anyone from moving into Ghettostone.

Try Innsbrook That is where I moved to and it was less expensive than riverstone. (not a great place but better than riverstone!!!)

WELL...I HAVE ADVISED PEOPLE BEFORE IN MY POSTING, PLEASE GET A LAWYER THAT YOU KNOW REALLY WELL AND/OR REPORT THIS RIVERSTONE TO THE BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL. Don't continue to let this company get away with murder, b/c it WILL get worse! The management will continue to show their unprofessionalism and ignorance.
