I lived at Riverstone Apartments for a little over a year and I will try to give you an unbiased opinion of the place. It is true that the staff always shows up 15 minutes late and some staff members are not the most polite people you've ever met but things do get done on time and I have never had any major issues. The gym is nice but if you work 9-5 you will never be able to use it since the hours are 10 (10:15 actually) to 5. The parking becomes a problem at times especially if you come home after 9, 10 pm you will have to park a few buildings down and walk which to me, personally was not a big deal. I must say that the property is well taken care of and looks beautiful in the summer. Overall, it's not a bad find for the price and safety (for all I know) is not a big concearn at Riverstone.
