I lived there for about a year,thank god i moved out. Once you apply for the apt they bring you to these beautiful models,Dont be fooled!!. Once you move in the floors are squeaky like you was walking in dracula`s house. Security is a joke both entrance and rear doors of the building were broken so anyone could just walk in. i hadto call the cops countless times with the late night parties, fist-fights, and hoodlums hanging all around the area. Break-ins into apts were like a rash that wouldnt go away. Forget about getting anything fix in your apt i had to repair them myself. one time vandals slashed tires on 10 different cars in one night. management didnt care they just interested in your rent money. avoid this place like the plague

WELL...unfortunately, welcome to the club. I'm sure you've seen all the comments from others that put up with that HELL-HOLE! Yup! The so called management only wants the money and cares less about their residents.

I have been here for almost 2 years now. And I will admit it sucks. But if you read any of the reviews for any of the apartments with this price range they all suck.. now if you want to pay almost 200 more a month you can get a better place in a nicer area. Parking blows maintenance is ok if you just ask them yourself...and the people in the office suck. call the management company and put in a complaint. they will get you Rhonda's cell number and if she doesnt fix it call back and they will go through the hoops and satisfy your complaint. It isnt the first they have heard this about the property.
