The management does little or nothing about the dealers, drugs, theives and guns here. In addition, the maintence men harass women and children. They don't fix things right. They rarely use new items to replace the old items. They spend alot of time talking and goofing off. Hank is basicly the boss there. He is very afraid of the real trouble makers. He wastes time by trying to have good tenants evicted. This is HUD HOUSING. Some people are forced to live here because they are too poor to go anywhere else. They have regular inspections and if your not home they will go though your things!

ABSOLUTELY TRUE TRUE AND MUCH WORSE THAN THIS AUTHOR MAKES US AWARE OF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is one maintenance man who is having an affair with the unprofessional woman who supposedly "runs" the office and they are both heavily into cocaine use. This place is a JOKE. (AND NOT A FUNNY ONE AS TAX-PAYERS ARE PAYING FOR IT!)
