The favored are allowed to do as they please (drugs, parties, break rules, general distruction) any time. While the decent tenents get harassed by the maintence staff. I've witnessed them yell at an older woman that lived two doors down from me for the egging mess on the front of the building while a gang of teens were hanging around drinking! They weren't her kids either, doesn't that strike you as odd' Also, I was charged for repairs when I moved out -for exterior doors, cabinet doors & drawers that were never broken or damaged in any way! Those exterior doors were dented when I moved in, but they took my entire security deposit anyway to replace the doors & cabinets. When I went back to to Hidden Glen to visit my neighbor a month later, those doors weren't replaced, they were the same dented doors and someone else had already moved in! How long have they been pulling that scam on people'
