I am a tenant who has been here since 2000. I glad to report new owners and employees. The maintance men are not as bad, and management actually is fair. We are allowed to have animals with doctor's permission. Guns shots, I haven't heard in a long time. Knock on wood. No reports of sexual misconduct. Knock on wood. Sometimes you will hear loud music but mostly during the day. Which isn't bad as long as they turn it down at a decent hour. The new owners have went through and redone the Kitchens and bathrooms. We now have tile in front of the front door instead of carpet:) New windows were installed for our safety, plus we desperately needed them. Now they are working on the landscaping, No more bushes. Which means no more bugs:) The new owners are actually taking the time to find out what we feel needs improved. They actually improve it afterwards. Thank you new owners. My life has gotten a whole lot better out here. I am not afraid to let my children go outside anymore.
