I just moved in Nov. 2008...and I am VERY suprised. When I first opened the door I was amazed. There was new carpet, it smelled of fresh paint, my floors were waxed..everything worked JUST fine! I mean to be low-income this apartment is beautiful. It has an upstairs with 2 bedrooms, a nice sized living room, and plenty of cabinets and countertop space in the kitchen.
I was in awe. I've been here for about 2 months now and haven't heard any loud noises, no fighting or disruption. I was first told that my parking lot was noisy...haven't had any complaints!
Maintence staff is good about making sure the walkways are salted if needed, if you need repairs they come right to you...and the office manager is COOL AS HELL!!
I'd recommend to anyone!
