Selling units to ONU

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
I lived here for 3 years until the management sold my unit to ONU. ONU forced everyone to move, including some senior citizens who have lived in the same unit for over 15 years! When I heard I had to move I ended up finding a job out of town and moved to the city. While I was living in Old Oak Apartments I really enjoyed it. They were really nice, and I never had any problems.
Now that ONU owns and manages these properties, I have no idea how it will be run and what the future of it is.
