Buffalo Creek apartments are dumps. The maintenance is terrible and when they say something is going to get done, it is never in a timely manner. We have had constant maintenence problems since moving in 2 years ago, including losing heat at least once a week during each winter. Nothing is ever fixed. Hot water is a joke and the air conditioners break constantly. The maintenance men have no idea how to do their jobs, walking into apartments whenever they feel like it. The only good thing is the parking which is almost always available. I would never in a million years tell anyone to live here!
