The staff here has recently changed as well as the tenants...if you are able to pay the rent it doesn't seem to matter how many live in the apartment, the amount of noise you are able to make or how much disrespect you show.

The tenants are getting to be pigs, loud and destructive of the property. The elevator door needs repainting about every week because of the language that is scratched into it. My grandchildren were surprised at how many 4 letter words they could read in the elevator. There are grabage shutes in the building but the pigs who live here don't seem to be able to grasp the concept of open the little door and insert trash - they just leave it inside the door of the grabage shute closet.

The police won't respond to noise complaints anymore and the office says they are sending out letters to address the noise issues. Apparently they are either written in invisible ink or just taken as a joke.

THe drug busts in the parking lot can be entertaining but the damage to cars by the dopers, drunks and kids is not covered by your insurance!!

Management here has become a joke and there is no maintenance unless you want to let the latest drunk Jack-of-all-trades into your private living space.
