If your ready for alot of ants, windows that shake when the people upstairs walk around, patios that flood, 1 washer for 8 apartments, broken toliets, loud window air conditioners, outdated kitchen and and an even more outdated bathroom than this is the place for you. The only plus is the size of the apartment, they say the 1 bedroom is 900 square feet. I moved here because I got a dog....but I'd much rather be back in my little old 700 sq feet apartment.....again...the amount of ants is unreal..it really is, and its not about being clean...I am obssessed with cleaning ...and still the ants invade
