Depressing!

As is the case with all Extended Stays!
The staff is unprofessional - half the time they dont know what they are there for!
They promise weekly housekeeping - but that is if you follow-up with them for at least 2 days.
Its not uncommon to see residents carrying towels from the front desk to their rooms! Stay only if you need a place for a short term!
