Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
There are a lot of other places that are less expensive and nicer. They changed apartment managers recently (3rd one in the last couple of years I believe)...and let's just say that I have seen better managers. Construction of buildings is awful...you can hear everything. My advice is to go elsewhere.
