The community is very well kept and the location next to the golf course is serene. However, the construction is poor and you can hear everything, including water running, pleople walking and even the bed creaking above. In addition, the apartments, while clean and well maintained, are small for the price. And there is a huge fuse box in the master bedroom! Why wasn't it put in the closet'
Amli is also very tough on early termination of leases and on any other financial accommodations. All in all, I would not have moved here if I knew.
