Let me start off with the good points. The landscaping is actually very nice and the outside of the buildings look clean and sharp. I have never had a problem with parking either. The maintenance crew that I have had experience with were fast and accommodating, and have worked very hard to fix any problems.

The problems are within the buildings themselves. The walls are paper thin and every little sound will always come through from adjoining apartments. The carpeting wears out after a very short amount of time, and after a couple months, the cracks that are in the walls start to show through the paint that they used to cover them up. One day I heard people talking, and I saw that the large vent that is below the door to my furnace went all the way straight through to the next apartment. I could actually see directly into the very next apartment! So anytime they speak, play music, sneeze or do anything, I can hear it. The walking path which goes along the golf course looks very nice in the daytime, but becomes a hangout for pot-smoking rejects that park there in the evening since it is very dark and hidden from the main road. And the "Hassle-Free Pricing"' That's just another term for "Take It Or Leave It". Do not live on anything but the top floor otherwise you will hear every footstep from your neighbors above (poor construction). There are also problems with the water.....every time someone flushes a toilet, the water in the shower in my apartment becomes burning hot.

I am already researching other apartment complexes have called real estate agencies who deal with rentals. Yes, there are worse places to live, but given the prices and the problems, I am looking to move.
