Ok no place is perfect, but Amli is pretty good. The grounds are beautiful! Lots of wildlife and beautiful trees/flowers in the summer. The apartments are pretty spacious.
Definitely recommend living on the top floor though because noise from walking above is HORRIBLE! That was my worst problem. The only time I had piece and quiet was when my neighbors above me moved out.
Maintenance staff was very quick to come to assistance, yet some problems could have been handled better (they could not fix my screen door when I told them I found three bees in my apartment because of it'' Actually I have had many winged and multi-legged insects in my apartment.
Office staff very friendly and at least the neighborhood is quiet. Great parking.
