Beware.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Caution: well-maintained grounds hide poor infrastructure: cheap fixtures, cheap countertops, cheap cabinets and walls of legendary thinness-- absolutely everything your neighbors do is clearly audible. Heating costs in winter are high.
Staff is usually courteous but there is a high management turnover. AMLI is very harsh in its financial arrangements: pay rent one day late and you have to pony up a stiff late fee. Rent is too high for what you get.
Security is not what it could be: many parking lots are too dark and the pitch-black walking path around the golf course is none-too-inviting. An (admittedly anomalous) sexual assault in a first-floor unit caused some tenants to leave in 2002, and one neighbor was peeped with a hidden camera from the maintenance crawlspace above the third floor in 2003.
Overall, not worth the money. We will not be back.
