I agree with the person who just reviewed - I live on the third floor too and below me is a family of Indian - the stench is terrible - the cook with curry, onions and lamb seems like everynight --- she is right, you can't open the windows and when you do and they have their windows open, the smell just drifts up into the apartment. I would never recommend this place - I did notice in the closet that contains the airconditioner/heater that there were 2 vents for what I don't know - they don't go anywhere and they aren't attached to anything, so I taped them up because the smell from the apartment below was coming up from those too. This complex has a lot of Indian and paki people and I would imagine that anyone living above them have the same problem. How many people live in the apartment is a mystery to me -- I know there are 3 kids and at least 3 adults ---- and more show up every month

Oh and please - the appliances here are from 1980 when they built the place - my washing machine has ruined my clothing because there is no such thing as a gentle cycle - my entire floor shakes from both the washing machine and the kids who run back and forth in the apartments --- how can that even be.

The air condioners outside shake and rattle all night long so that you can hear them even with the windows closed.

This place is NOT worth the money and I would never recommend living here and I can wait until my lease it up - as a matter of fact I am consider breaking my least and losing the $2000 just to get away from the smell and the noise ---- the people are rude and noisy - especially the drunks that come in at 2:00 in the morning each Friday and Saturday night -- they literally scream and yell in the parking lots and the walk way areas between the buildings --- what gives'

lighting' I understand having to light the place but the way that this apartment sits, my bedroom faces the balcony of another building and you can't leave your curtains open because the lights shine right into the bedroom --- not that I would ever leave them open or the window because not only do I have the Indian family below me but I also have the Indian in the apartment on the 2nd floor in the building across from me and he starts talking on his phone at 1am ---- he sits in front of his patio door with the door open --- and I can hear his every word -- I guess he is talking to relatives in Pakiland because of the time difference.

in short --- THIS PLACE SUCKS

You are the most ridiculous person! first off, we are in a country that is filled with all different types of cultures and religion. You should realize that not many people will agree with you in terms of how horrible People from India live. You are one of the most prejudice people ive heard of. The worst part is that the world has to deal with people like you. One more thing, you cant come on here and blame a apartment complex for having all different cultures in there community. Good luck on your find for a home any place that doesnt have a WIDE variety of cultures!:)

Fist off, mabey you should watch the news more often and educate yourself a little better! ------- werent part of 9/11!!!! You dont have to be a liberal (which i am not) to embrace people for who they are not were they come from. Not everyone that is from the middle east nor India is a terrorist!

India has nothing to do with terrorism. ------- are Hindus who believe in peace and democracy. They have been fighting extremist groups in India for many years that terrorize their people with bombings of trains and cities. If you are a person who is not educated enough to know the religious and political backgrounds of people from different countries than please refrain from making ignorant, unfounded remarks concerning groups of people. 9-11 was done by a group of extreme individuals who in no way represent every person of color from a country that happens to be on the other side of the globe. India is not part of the Middle East. It is a vibrant country of families with rich traditions, family values, and educational respect. Stop using anger as an excuse to place blame and use it to educate yourself towards understanding the world in which we all live.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion of foreigners. I personally think it's time to close the boat dock. Todays immigrants have no common sense and expect everyone to adjust to them rather than adjusting to their new environment and showing some respect to people that were here before them. Bottom line is this place sucks. Whether its because cooking smells go through the paper thin walls, the manager is an idiot and can't think for herself, or the maintenance staff learned repair from a Time/Life book collection or by watching Bob Villa on channel 11. This place is a hole in the wall. Even the positive reviews on this site are filled with complaints.
