My husband and I just moved here from New Jersey several months ago and couldn't be happier here. So far the only problem we encountered was when our central air stopped working; we called maintenance at 7pm and it was fixed by 9:30pm.

Yes, we can hear our neighbors (we call our upstairs neighbors The Clumps) but anticipated that with apartment living.

Parking is ample, there's always been a spot.

Make sure if you're expecting a package to stay on top of it. We've had to check in regularly with the main office to see if any packages were delivered as they don't always leave a note.

My husband and I most likely will not be renewing our lease but only because we are looking to purchase a house.

You didn't update anything. You just reposted your identical original post. For starters, I suggest you change your yes to a NO. Why in the world would you recommend this place with an AC repair being your only basis? By the way, everything is constantly breaking around here because the maintenance staff learned repair by watching BobVilla on public television. And the only reason you got such a quick repair is because it probably happened within the first week you were living here. Aside from your one compliment, it sounds to me like you're complaining.. you can hear your neighbors, which in case you needed a second opinion, everyone can hear their neighbors, and the leasing office doesn't notify you when a package is received. As a matter of fact, they'll just end up throwing your package out if you don't stay on top of it. That's because the leasing office, manager, and staff keep their heads where the sun doesn't shine. This place is pathetic and I suggest that anyone considering living in this dump should keep looking unless they want one of the worst experiences of their lives.

If you are so unhappy why don???t you leave? I have lived here for last 11 years and I feel very safe and happy my rent and amount I am paying. You pay for what you get. If you think you are paying too much than leave. You sound like very difficult resident and feel sorry for management that has to deal with resident like you.
