I love this place. The management is so nice. I am disabled and did not have a handicap parking spot and they moved one that was not used so I could have one. The unit was immaculate and the appliances are new along with all light fixtures. I rented an apartment that was completely remodeled wood burning fire place, Full size washer and dryer, all new floors, new carpet.
I chose to pay more than none-renovated apartment. I do not feel these apartments are too high as some unhappy residents here in this board are complaining.
After reading this board I decided to call Village of Buffalo grove and have their recommendation for place to live, they are the highest on their list. The grounds are well kept. I hope to stay a long time here.

It isn't possible to put a full size washer and dryer in these units. Only stackable. By new appliances, do you mean the cheap white appliances, along with lanolium flooring? You really ought to check out other apartment complexes in the area to see what updated really is.

Actually, some 2 bedroom apartments in the complex do have full-size washer/dryers. The Pebble Beach floorplans do. I used to work for Chevy Chase, so I know. I also know that when I worked there, I had to do "competition shopping" at other complexes (just like every Leasing Consultant at every complex has to do) and I will tell you that Chevy Chase is pretty similar to all other ones, except maybe Riverwalk, where you pay much more. Also, you should visit a remodeled apartment at Chevy Chase, because they look a lot different than the non-renovated ones, like the person above said. I would be happy to give anybody the truth about Chevy Chase because I don't work there anymore, so I am not biased, I am just honest.

its a joke!!! terrible place, I pity people still living there. Strongly advice you all to move out. Takes an ex employee to give a positive remark!!

Well your one of the lucky ones that actually have appliances that aren't from the EARLY 80's!!!!
