My husband and I lived here for a year when we first moved to Chicago and it was a generally pleasant experience. The community is peaceful and there is a walk path that circles around the entire apartment complex. We often used it to exercise and because it was right beside the golf course, the greens and trees all over the complex was a relaxing view while walking/running. The maintenance team is also good overall, there was even one time when one of the maintenance people gave me a ride from the clubhouse back to our unit when it was snowing because I picked up a big package delivered for me and I was supposed to walk back to our unit in the freezing cold. It is a nice place to live in also for its good location. Hawthorne mall is not too far and Target and Walmart are even nearby. There's a Jewel Osco and Dominick's not too far from the area. There are also lots of places to eat along Milwaukee Ave...
