My car window was broken and my car was looted, a little while later that year a few more cars were broken into as well. Very high risk of theft. Garbage disposal and screen door broke several months ago, after many phone calls to many individuals over a large span of time, absolutely nothing has been done. Ponds located in the complex makes a nice nesting place for geese. The noise that they make is unbearable starting just before the sun rises. Insulation and construction is very poor, one of the buildings burnt down a couple years ago. The units on the top floor are always very, very hot. Air conditioning is a single unit in the bedroom which makes for poor circulation. Very small rooms. Pool is very pathetic. People there keep from making eye contact with you. I lived in a fraternity house with 30 guys in collage, if you ever saw Animal House, you would have a good comparison. I lived in terrible conditions (by choice of course and didn't regret it). This would make any apartment look pretty good in comparison, however Villa Verde still let me down in every aspect. KEEP YOUR DISTANCE!
