We bought our condo a year ago now and without a doubt there is no place better for our money. Our unit in building 1 is almost 30 years newer than the other buildings and I wouldn't want to live in one of those. It's always very quiet and the grounds are kept up amazingly well. We live on the ground floor and walk out onto the gorgeous backyard and the pond. We're just steps away from a swimming pool that is never overcrowded and kept at a great temperature. The wall air conditioners are great and I've never been too warm. The heaters work extremely well in the winter. The shear size of the place is well worth our money. We looked at a lot of places in our initial housing search and this was by far the largest. I cannot hear any of the neighbors which makes it feel like a single family home. I would gladly recommend these condos to anyone.
